But today is different. This Web3 we are talking about, how complete is it? How effective is it?

We live in a world & a country where corruption eats deep into systems, something very obvious in our public offices to private contracts, from bribes and ghost workers and nepotism to "I get leg" or "Your leg is long."

But Web3 promises transparency, decentralization, and accountability. So… is Web3 the antidote? Or just another tech buzzword?”
